We strive to address the needs of teenage mothers in grade school by providing educational and counseling resources. We empower our mothers to become accomplished individuals who overcome stereotypes, poverty, and generational cycles by building a stronger community through support groups around the family they've created. 

Becoming a mother at 16 who later pursued a college degree against all odds taught me the meaning of perseverance. My gains and losses in life inspired Teen Pregnancy Safe Haven (TPSH). In high school, I graduated on time because of the support I received from my counselors and family. I was determined to finish strong and show my daughter that no matter what obstacles you’re faced with, you choose if you will overcome them. I developed TPSH to address the unspoken needs of teenage moms in grade school. I needed someone to see me beyond my age and belly for my circumstance to change. I hope to become that someone for someone else.

Surviving Motherhood Unfiltered Support Group is where we will provide a safe space for motherhood while we talk through the good, bad, and ugly truths we encounter.
